Shipping & Guarantee

-Many people ask if it is safe to ship a puppy. Flying puppies in an airplane is very safe and less stressful than a long car ride. A lot of people think animals are drugged, put in a box, tossed around with the rest of the baggage or left in hot planes for hours , etc.. If this was true then we would never ship our puppies. After almost 11 years of shipping puppies all over the country, we have never had any problem with our shipping besides normal flight delays and that is fairly rare as well. Shipping is available to all U.S. destinations & Canada using Delta, United, Southwest, American and Continental airlines or one of their companion airlines.
-Your puppy will not be stacked on top of suitcases. Our puppies fly in the passenger cabin. Puppies are never drugged.
-Puppies are shipped in a new airline approved plastic pet kennel in which they can easily see out the sides and front, with food, water, and a blanket. During layovers (if there is one) puppies are taken off the plane and placed in a temperature controlled holding room until they can be put on their connecting flight.
-Extra food is taped to the side of the crate in the event of an unexpected layover/delay. We take our puppies to the vet just before shipping to get a shipping health certificate. cost of shipping by airlines is $250 or more depending on destination and airlines.
YOUR NEW PUPPY COME WITH THE FOLLOWING:
New "Airline Approved" Dog Crate (Can be used in the house crate-training process)
Feeding & Water Dish & Food (required)

Vaccination Records
Health Certificate & rabies (9 weeks +) for shipping from a Veterinarian (required)
Toy.
-We make all the shipping arrangements for you. We search for the shortest available flight preferably with no layovers. We try to make the arrangements with in 48 hours, if possible but sometimes we make them only a couple hours in advance. Don't worry. We will email the flight arrival information (airline, day of shipment, flight number, air bill number and time of arrival) as soon as they have been confirmed to us by the airline. Flight times and numbers are subject to change without notice. If they do, we will call you immediately after the puppy has been put on the flight with the changes and all information you will need to pick up your puppy (very rarely does this happen). Payment in full must be received before shipping arrangements can be made.
PICKING UP:
Plan to wait a 1/2 hour to a full hour after landing time to actually get your puppy and you must produce valid ID/driver's license and the airway bill number.
-Most families report that their puppy was made available to them between 15 to 30 minutes from the time the plane arrived but they do say it can be up to an hour after they land. When your puppy arrives, he/she may be picked up in the cargo pickup area or, if shipped priority, picked up at the priority parcel office of the airport, which is generally in the baggage claim area.
-After you pick up your puppy and have returned home, we would ask that you call us or email us , to let us know how the puppy is doing
HEALTH CERTIFICATES:
-Health certificates dated within 10 days of departure are required for all animals being shipped. This is to ensure all pets are not sharing anything more than a ride. All airlines require this certificate. YES, it is mandatory. We usually get ours the day before so we know they're good to go.
FLIGHT NANNY SERVICES:
-We are blessed to have several wonderful carriers who fly our puppies as carry-on and hand deliver our puppies to their new owners at their nearest major airport or home address. If getting your puppy from out of State, this is the least stressful means of transporting your puppy because he/she will be pampered in the climate-controlled cabin in the constant care of one of our carriers. Therefore, we can get you your puppy at any time of the year and anywhere in the country. We do offer flight nanny service for an extra $250. Our nanny will fly your puppy onboard the plane, in a hand held carrier, puppy will sit on nanny's lap or in a pet travel kennel under seat and meet you at your nearest airport or home address.
-This option is very convenient, and very safe for your puppy. Our FLIGHT NANNY will attend to your puppy the entire flight time, will also give he/she potty breaks throughout the day, feed puppy and give puppy water while flying. Your schedule must be flexible since the Nanny will be flying standby. It's a very safe & effective way to quickly transport your puppy from our house to yours. Shipping is very safe & stress free on your puppy. Don't let distance come between you and your dream puppy.
-Our shipping crates are clearly marked with colorful "LIVE ANIMALS" & "UP" stickers. We mark the shipping crates clearly with the destination airport, the confirmation number, the phone & address of the customer. When we know that a puppy is going to be shipped, we play with them in the crate prior to shipping so they are used to it. They have never shown fear of the crate. We put lots of food & plenty of water in the shipping crate. The food & water provide all the moisture the puppy need during the journey. One reason we do this is in case, in the unlikely event they should get stuck at an airport, we don't have to worry if they have enough to eat and drink.
-We check weather conditions at the receiving end & only ship when we consider it safe to do so. We put our puppies' health above all other considerations & do not ship when we feel it could be dangerous to the puppies' well-being. We usually ship Monday through Sunday. We guarantee safe & healthy arrival of your puppy. We WILL NOT SHIP if we feel that weather conditions are hazardous for the puppy. Payment for your puppy & shipping must be paid directly to us for us to start shipping arrangement, paperwork, get shipping crate, to get the health certificates required by airlines before they accept to ship the puppy.
-It has been our experience that shipping is not hard on the puppies. Our puppies are used to new experiences & sounds almost daily. They are exposed to a wide variety of things while being raised in our home. As far as they are concerned, it is perfectly normal for them to get on an airplane. Don't forget to take your puppy to your vet for the regular arrival-health-check-up within 4 days of arrival.
Please be waiting for your puppy at your house or the airport at the given time. Usually your puppy is available 1 hour after the flight's arrival time & a valid ID such as passport or driver's license is needed to verify the identity of the receiver. We really appreciate knowing that your puppy has arrived safely & at home with you, so call or email us as soon as you get the chance. Don't forget to take your puppy to your vet for the regular arrival-health-check-up within 10 days of arrival. A follow-up call is placed 24 hours after you have received your new puppy to ensure everything is perfect, to answer any questions you may have & to measure your satisfaction.
